Our Story: Why We Started
Roundnet Israel was born out of a desire to bring structure, fairness, and official standards to the local community. A core group of passionate players realized that for roundnet to truly thrive in Israel, the community needed a dedicated non-profit organization focused solely on player representation and athletic growth.
We founded Roundnet Israel to establish unified international playing rules, host official competitive tournaments, build a reliable national ranking system, and create regional clubs across the country. Today, our main focus remains simple: bring more people into the sport, run top-tier events, and expand the Israeli roundnet community nationwide.
The Road to Worlds
A major milestone in our journey was competing on the world stage. Roundnet Israel organized and led the official national delegation to represent the country at the Roundnet World Championship in Paris (September 2026). Competing against top international teams, our players demonstrated the rapid growth and competitive spirit of Israeli roundnet on the global stage.
